MINISFORUM has introduced two innovative compact computers at CES 2026: the AI X1 Pro-470 and the MS-02 Ultra. The AI X1 Pro-470 targets creators, gamers, remote workers, and AI developers, while the MS-02 Ultra positions itself as a mini workstation designed to deliver full-tower performance for video editors, gamers, and engineers.

AI X1 Pro-470: A Powerhouse for Creators and Gamers

The AI X1 Pro-470 stands out as MINISFORUM’s flagship AI mini-PC. It features the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX470 processor, complemented by the Radeon 890M CPU with a VRAM allocation ranging from 2GB to 48GB. This model is equipped with a dual-microphone array that incorporates AI noise reduction, delivering high-quality audio for seamless communication.

In terms of connectivity, the AI X1 Pro-470 offers a comprehensive selection of ports, including USB, HDMI 2.1, DP 2.0, and an SD card slot. Users can enjoy up to 12TB of storage capacity, and the inclusion of an OCuLink port allows for easy connection to external GPUs such as the NVIDIA RTX or Radeon RX series, enabling ultra-high frame rates and 4K/8K gameplay. MINISFORUM plans to make the AI X1 Pro-470 available globally soon, although pricing details have yet to be announced.

MS-02 Ultra: Enterprise-Level Performance in a Compact Design

The MS-02 Ultra features the Intel Core Ultra 9 285HX processor, which boasts an impressive setup of 24 cores—comprising 8 performance cores and 16 efficiency cores. It also includes a built-in 13 TOPS NPU specifically designed for AI workloads. This workstation aims to meet the demands of video editing, 3D modeling, and engineering design, offering exceptional performance in a compact form factor.

To enhance its functionality, the MS-02 Ultra supports up to 256GB of DDR5 EEC memory and is equipped with four M.2 slots and three PCIe slots, allowing users to expand storage as needed. Its pull-out structure facilitates easy upgrades and maintenance. Additionally, it features dual 25GbE LAN ports for rapid data transfer and supports Wi-Fi 7 connectivity. All of these capabilities are housed within a compact 4.8L chassis.

The MS-02 Ultra is now available worldwide through the official MINISFORUM shop. Pricing is set at $1,199 for the Intel Core Ultra 9 285HX barebone model and $949 for the Intel Core Ultra 9 275X barebone option.
